CORE POLICY: Consumed Tokens (Non-Refundable)
Barq operates on a pre-paid, pay-as-you-go model. Once tokens are consumed via AI model calls, the computational costs are irreversible. all consumed account balances are strictly non-refundable including cases of dissatisfaction with AI output quality.
Unused Balance: You may request a refund for unused wallet balances within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 5% administrative fee.

Once tokens are consumed, they cannot be refunded.
